About the Role

Comcast's Central Division is seeking dynamic, self-motivated intern participants for an 11-week paid internship program that provides hands-on experience across various business units within a leading media and technology company. The internship offers opportunities to work on creative and impactful projects, engage with senior leadership, and explore career paths in technology, business operations, marketing, and more. The program emphasizes professional growth, networking, and exposure to the company's innovative culture, with a focus on fostering creativity, ingenuity, and impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, developing, and executing strategies within Comcast Business, supporting the implementation of significant projects.
Contribute to projects related to sales enablement, order management, care, retention, marketing operations, and sales reporting & analytics.
Design, evaluate, and implement process improvements to maximize resources and improve operational efficiencies.
Analyze metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and training needs.
Assist in coordinating marketing and communications campaigns, promotions, and programs.
Consolidate data reports to support data-driven strategic decision making.
Coordinate various projects and assignments with the team and other departments.
Support the execution of significant projects requiring organizational skills and a customer-first mindset.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Authorized to work in the United States of America.
Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week over 11 weeks.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
Interest in telecommunications, cable, and media industries.
Prior business exposure through internships, work experiences, or campus organizations (preferred).
Currently pursuing a major in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or related fields (preferred).
Skills in accountability, communication, professional etiquette, relationship building, resilience, and teamwork.
