About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, and executing strategies within Comcast Business, focusing on services such as Connectivity, Communications, Networking, Cybersecurity, Wireless, and Managed Solutions.
• Support the implementation of significant projects requiring organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Contribute to the execution of projects and initiatives across functional areas including Sales Enablement, Order Management, Care, Retention, Marketing, Operations, and Sales Reporting & Analytics.
• Design, evaluate, and implement process improvements to maximize resources and operational efficiencies.
• Analyze metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and training needs.
• Assist in coordinating marketing and communications campaigns, promotions, and programs.
• Consolidate data reports to support data-driven strategic decision making.
• Coordinate various projects and assignments with the team and other departments.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week over 11 weeks.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).

Nice to Have

• Prior business exposure through internships, work experiences, or campus organizations.
• Currently pursuing a major in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or related fields.
• Interest in the telecommunications, cable, and media industries.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience of 0-2 years.
