About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support ongoing website maintenance to keep content timely, engaging, and on-brand.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the latest and most important information is reflected on their pages.
• Coordinate the flow of press releases from design to publishing teams for timely posting.
• Perform content audits for accuracy and quality.
• Support project management efforts by helping organize action items, timelines, and team communications.
• Assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from a United States-based college or university.
• Rising Junior or Rising Senior with a graduation date between Winter 2026 and Spring 2028.
• Returning to degree-program after the internship for at least a semester.
• Available to work 40 hours per week from June 1, 2026, through August 14, 2026.
• Authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship needs.
• Able to report in-person to the work location unless virtual option is available.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, verbal/written communication, and organizational skills.
• Great attention to detail and ability to interface with all levels of management.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Preferred majors include Communications, Marketing, Digital Media.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Background in project management.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience of 0-2 years.
