Commercial Analytics Senior Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drive insights activities to track business performance and provide key data for decision-making.
• Partner with managers and stakeholders on key projects and shape business objectives.
• Lead data pipelining, analysis, and visualization efforts, including conducting all data engineering, exploration, and analysis.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors on analytical processes and validate their outputs.
• Build strong, clear presentations to communicate actionable findings and implications.
• Maintain a database of data and insights resources available to the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Programming, Business, Sciences, or related field.
• Six years of experience in a related role or as a Senior Manager in Commercial Analytics.
• Experience running analyses and interpreting results in partnership with analytics professionals.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and refine business questions from stakeholders.
• Proficiency in programming languages including SQL, VBA, R, SAS, and Python.
• Ability to create understandable visualizations of data using Tableau.
