About the Role

The Commercial Analytics Senior Manager will be responsible for driving insights activities used to track business performance and inform business decisions. The role involves partnering with internal and external stakeholders on data analysis, data pipelining, visualization, and market research projects. The position requires leading analytical efforts, building presentations, and maintaining a database of insights resources. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with telecommuting permitted up to 40%. Key Responsibilities

Drive insights activities to track business performance and provide key data for decision-making.
Partner with managers and stakeholders on key projects and shape business objectives.
Lead data pipelining, analysis, and visualization efforts, including conducting all data engineering, exploration, and analysis.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors on analytical processes and validate their outputs.
Build strong, clear presentations to communicate actionable findings and implications.
Maintain a database of data and insights resources available to the team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Programming, Business, Sciences, or related field.
Six years of experience in a related role or as a Senior Manager in Commercial Analytics.
Experience running analyses and interpreting results in partnership with analytics professionals.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and refine business questions from stakeholders.
Proficiency in programming languages including SQL, VBA, R, SAS, and Python.
Ability to create understandable visualizations of data using Tableau.
