Communications Personalization Principal Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Leading strategic execution and technical development to deploy high priority digital communications throughout MVA/MVO.
• Collaborating with Digital Marketing, Engineering, Design, Testing, and Release Management teams to define strategic execution and technical development.
• Defining requirements with key stakeholders, developing project timelines, and communicating commitments and decisions from project ideation through deployment and content maintenance.
• Maintaining a large volume of customer-facing digital propositions with varying technical requirements.
• Supporting large-scale content migration and AI-driven organizational initiatives.
• Leading execution on digital marketing goals that drive multi-variant content personalization and evolve to dynamic messaging capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience demonstrated through work, military experience, or specialized training.
• Digital consumer-facing marketing experience with the ability to solve problems and manage high visibility projects.
• Experience with content management systems.
• Experience meeting deadlines in a customer-facing mobile and web environment, focusing on content programming, UAT testing, and digital deployment.
• Proficiency in programming content within content management systems and understanding personalization logic.
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe Experience Manager, JIRA, and Figma.
• Ability to implement digital communications with a sense of urgency and communicate effectively across multiple teams in an agile environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with commercial content management systems and marketing software/tools.
• Experience managing across Digital Marketing Operations and GTS.
• Experience writing user stories, conducting user acceptance testing, and developing detailed business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience of four or more years.
• Six or more years of relevant experience in digital marketing or related fields.
