Key Responsibilities

Drive quantitative insights to identify opportunities for one of GB's largest clients on an ongoing basis.
Outline targeted recommendations and help drive improved outcomes for the client.
Participate in prep discussions, ad-hoc data requests, and analyses related to senior management asks.
Generate custom benchmark analyses to identify areas of opportunity to reduce program costs and provide specific recommendations.
Monitor and update KPI dashboards, generating insights for monthly executive read-outs.
Deliver ad-hoc requests for executive questions swiftly and accurately.
Create customized reports that drive actionable insights.
Answer complex questions by generating hypotheses against metrics with variance vs. historical trends or benchmarks.
Package and present insights from analyses to clients and internal executives.
Provide immediate delivery (often same day) of reports and answers to ad-hoc questions.
Assist with optimizing and configuring Luminos RMIS.
Connect closely with Client Services and Claims Operations to transition analytical insights into actionable outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher with strong academic credentials.
Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with advanced analytics tools like R, Python, SQL, SAS, Power BI, or Tableau.
Typically requires a university degree and minimum 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience.
