About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit vibrant, impactful content including Reels, TikToks, IGTV videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and digital assets to energize product launches, brand partnerships, in-store events, and influencer activations.
• Collaborate with the External Creator Network (ECN) by providing clear concept direction, scouting, evaluating, and onboarding new talent monthly.
• Work closely with internal teams such as eCommerce, Marketing, Retail, and Talent Acquisition to ensure content aligns with product initiatives, campaign themes, and storytelling.
• Maintain and elevate the Fashion Nova aesthetic, ensuring consistency and innovation in brand voice and visual identity.
• Leverage AI-powered tools for creative concept ideation and efficient content execution.
• Stay ahead of digital content trends and identify opportunities to innovate and engage audiences across platforms.
• Accept and incorporate feedback in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Partner with influencers to develop and execute compelling campaigns.
• Review, edit, and polish content to ensure quality, clarity, originality, and performance.
• Participate in content strategy discussions, contributing data-driven insights to evolve creative direction.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in photography, videography, content editing, and content strategy.
• Exceptional fashion and model photography skills; retail or eCommerce experience is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and mastery in creating optimized content for each.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and analytics platforms.
• Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate creative concepts and ideas.
• High cultural and social awareness, demonstrating sensitivity, inclusivity, and understanding of social conversations and trends.
• Adaptability and comfort thriving in a high-energy, high-output creative environment.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed for content capture and direction.
