About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and optimize content to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
• Edit and optimize both long and short form video.
• Develop creative content for various social media platforms including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all social media content aligns with overall marketing goals and strategies.
• Create videos, graphics, images, and other multimedia content that is visually appealing and engaging.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, and adjust content strategies as needed to improve performance.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure our content is relevant and engaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, graphic design, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in social media content creation with a focus on graphic design and content editing.
• Demonstrated experience with design software such as Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and InDesign.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in analyzing social media metrics and using data to improve content strategies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience with filmmaking, audio production, and camera/sound equipment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with video production and editing.
• Experience with social media marketing strategies.
• Portfolio of work demonstrating content creation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, graphic design, or related field.
