The Content Delivery Specialist is responsible for the development, testing, design assistance, management, implementation, and publication of content across various digital channels, including email, web, text, and more. This role plays a crucial part in the launch of all email and digital projects by coordinating email templates, building web pages, and creating other digital assets that require content authoring, testing, and optimization. The goal is to enhance the email member experience across all digital platforms at Digital Federal Credit Union, serving over one million members with a focus on innovation and member engagement.
