About the Role

The Content Manager for AllModern at Wayfair is responsible for ensuring that the company's editorial content and onsite strategy drive credibility and loyalty. This role involves building, managing, and executing content campaigns that differentiate the business, collaborating across merchandising and creative teams, and evolving content strategies based on performance and customer insights. The position is based in Boston, MA, with a hybrid work model, and offers a salary range of $99,000 to $110,000 along with restricted stock units as part of the compensation package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead end-to-end AllModern go-to-market strategy and execution, including partnering with merchandising on product priorities, building content plans, briefing creative teams, managing shot lists, channel distribution, and reporting performance.
  • Lead ownership for onsite experience, including strategy, optimization, and performance to ensure customer engagement with content.
  • Drive site transformation initiatives for Specialty Retail Brands in collaboration with GM, site merchandisers, and storefront teams to achieve parity with competitors.
  • Partner with paid marketing teams to scale content strategy, key franchises, and campaigns across channels.
  • Work with email marketing to develop event curation strategies aligned with brand priorities.
  • Collaborate with organic social agencies to create a monthly content calendar balancing strategic priorities with social-first content.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for in-store catalogs, including briefing creative teams and collaborating on pagination to ensure appropriate product voice.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, merchandising, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills across teams and levels.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, take initiative, and drive results.
  • A problem-solving mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Balanced understanding of creative and business perspectives.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Google suite tools such as Slides, Sheets, and Looker.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with event coordination and merchandising.
  • Knowledge of social media content creation and strategy.
  • Experience with content scheduling and qualitative/quantitative analysis.
  • Familiarity with branding and email marketing tools.
