About the Role

The Content Marketing Manager, B2B at HealthEquity uses a deep understanding of key audiences to strategically create content that attracts, engages, and retains customers. The role involves simplifying complex industry topics, aligning content with brand voice, and elevating marketing programs to inspire better benefits decisions and improve healthcare savings in America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop campaign narratives and content strategies to increase awareness and deepen engagement with employers, brokers, and health plan partners.
  • Incorporate HealthEquity value proposition messaging and persona research into content creation, producing audience-centric pieces that enhance awareness and engagement.
  • Craft long-form content including research reports, whitepapers, blogs, eBooks, and more to establish HealthEquity as a trusted industry leader.
  • Create impactful case studies highlighting client success stories and tangible results achieved through HealthEquity products and partnerships.
  • Lead the development of thought leadership pieces on trends in healthcare costs savings and employee financial security.
  • Act as a strategic content advisor to B2B Marketing program leaders, ensuring alignment with brand voice and consistent messaging.
  • Guide agency partners to ensure brand consistency and high-quality content.
  • Contribute to research and editorial calendar planning by integrating relevant research, policy developments, and industry trends.
  • Refine the editorial style guide to empower writers and ensure polished, cohesive content at scale.
  • Track campaign performance and seek to improve results based on data insights.
  • Leverage AI ethically to increase efficiency and consistency in content creation.
  • Monitor content and campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing roles.
  • Experience defining projects from ideation to completion.
  • Ability to build rapport and effectively manage multiple relationships.
  • Familiarity with user personas and ability to adapt copy for various audiences.
  • Ability to test new ideas, iterate quickly, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to distinguish between activity and productivity and prioritize accordingly.
  • Thoughtfulness in delivering feedback and grace in receiving it.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with healthcare or benefits industry content.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and ethical use in content creation.
