Content Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit marketing materials including email copy, social media posts, landing pages, and digital ads.
• Design social media graphics using IQVIA's Build Your Own Tool.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content.
• Develop content ideas and concepts that resonate with a B2B audience, reflecting industry trends and company goals.
• Develop and implement strategies for leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline content creation, improve personalization, and enhance audience engagement.
• Become an expert in IQVIA's brand and writing style guidelines and ensure all content aligns with our standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency across campaigns.
• Monitor content performance metrics and optimize based on data-driven insights.
• Stay current with B2B digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and emerging content formats.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in writing omnichannel marketing content, particularly in a B2B context, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, email, and paid media.
• Exceptional proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think conceptually and translate complex ideas into engaging content.
• Stay abreast with AI and modern B2B marketing trends and recommend/implement best practices into IQVIA's ways of working.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
