About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage compelling content that supports demand generation, enhances SEO, and positions the company as a trusted thought leader.
• Develop high-impact content including short-form and long-form pieces delivered across multiple modalities.
• Regularly analyze content performance and adjust strategies based on data insights to maximize impact.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify content opportunities and industry trends.
• Create and manage a content calendar on Monday.com that includes blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, social media content, and email campaigns.
• Effectively manage a content budget and agency workflows to ensure timely content creation.

Requirements

• Experience in content marketing, content creation, or related roles.
• Ability to create diverse content types including blog posts, white papers, and social media content.
• Strong analytical skills to assess content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Experience with content management tools such as Monday.com.
• Ability to manage budgets and workflows related to content production.
• Onsite availability in Morrisville, NC, three days a week.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in content marketing or content creation roles.
• Proficiency with content management and planning tools.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
