Content Marketing Manager | Full-Time | Rupp Arena

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute high-quality designs for various mediums, including digital, print, motion graphics, and video.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative assets that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Create visually compelling illustrations, layouts, and animations for marketing campaigns, sales decks, brand development, and other marketing initiatives.
• Develop motion graphics and video content to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Participate in brainstorming and strategy meetings for all events.
• Work with vendors and other organizations to complete projects and goals.
• Provide on-site support as needed for events.
• Assist with creating the annual budget.
• Attend industry conferences and training courses approved by the Director.
• Assist with the planning and execution of the Facility's anniversary celebrations.
• Oversee the creation and design of the Annual Report.
• Oversee the Annual Marketing Plans for each venue.
• Oversee and provide guidance to a part-time employee.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, graphic design, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects (print, digital, illustration, motion graphics, video editing, etc.).
• Excellent copywriting and strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Knowledge of four-color printing processes, digital design, photography, and photo retouching.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent decision-making skills with the ability to solve problems of moderate scope and complexity.
• Adaptability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adjust to shifting priorities.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills; a true team player with a positive, professional attitude.
• High degree of personal integrity and commitment to organizational goals.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in the sports, entertainment, or music industry.

Qualifications
