About the Role

The Content Marketing Specialist produces timely, valuable content for healthcare clinicians, customers, and prospects aiming to boost organic traffic, engagement, conversion, and share of voice. They author, edit, and manage various content formats, working with colleagues, experts, freelance writers, and contributors to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and trustworthiness across our brands. This role is part of Relias, a company dedicated to helping healthcare organizations improve their clinical and financial outcomes through personalized learning solutions and assessments. Key Responsibilities

Authors and oversees the creation of content in all formats to grow organic traffic and engagement, retain customers, and attract prospects.
Works jointly with marketing team members to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, content distribution strategies, SEO keywords, and effective GenAI tools.
Executes on content strategies guided by Content Marketing Managers around thought leadership, SEO, engagement, and products aligned with corporate goals.
Collaborates across departments, with vendors and contractors, internal and external subject matter experts, freelance writers, and other content contributors to create and brainstorm content topics.
Ensures all content assets are accurate, professional, and foster trust and credibility across brands.

Requirements

Independently generates content ideas relevant to the target audience and aligned with the chosen channel.
Effectively integrates target keywords into various types of content, ensuring relevance and readability while adhering to SEO best practices.
Translates marketing strategies into actionable plans with clear milestones, coordinating with team members for successful execution.
Able to select appropriate vendors by conducting evaluations using defined metrics and understands basics of contract management and compliance.
Demonstrates problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn from mistakes to adapt behavior effectively.
Skilled in time management, planning, prioritizing, and distributing time for tasks and responsibilities, including planning for obstacles or delays.
Has 2+ years of experience.
Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related area.

Nice to Have

Experience working in software, healthcare, education, or technology.
Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Craft, etc.), Google Analytics, Jira Workforce Management, and Salesforce.
Content Marketing and SEO certification.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related area.
2+ years of experience in content marketing or related fields.
