Content Marketing Specialist- Multi Companies

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Write, edit, and publish high-quality content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, and social media.
• Create and manage a content calendar across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
• Capture professional photos and videos, including aerial drone footage, for property showcases, events, and campaigns.
• Edit and produce visual content using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Repurpose content into multiple formats (e.g., articles into videos, social posts, or infographics).
• Collaborate with design, sales, and leadership teams to align content with business objectives.
• Track and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to refine strategies.
• Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, industry insights, and competitor content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and style.
• Proficiency in SEO techniques and content analytics.
• Skilled in photography and video production, including drone operation (FAA Part 107 certification preferred).
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
• Proficiency with editing and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented.

Nice to Have

• Experience in real estate or construction marketing.
• Experience producing aerial tours, property walk-through videos, and lifestyle photography.
• Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and video editing software.
• Understanding of B2B marketing and marketing automation platforms.

Qualifications
