Key Responsibilities

  • Develop content strategy and coordinate design utilizing collaborative needs assessment and analysis to achieve strategic Institute marketing and communications goals.
  • Monitor and compile reports using analytics, search engine optimization, benchmarking and tracking for analysis and planning.
  • Produce, update and maintain website content to ensure alignment with Institute marketing and communications goals.
  • Serve as subject matter expert and advise unit personnel in areas related to communication content.
  • Define strategy for content creation and management to strengthen strategic Institute marketing and communications goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Technical Communications or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three to five years job related experience.
  • Strong writer and editor with a deep understanding of storytelling to drive brand affinity and engagement.
  • Expertise in content strategy, website taxonomy, user behavior best practices, and technical SEO.
  • Organizational skills, verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively on a cross-functional team, manage multiple projects, and work in a deadline-oriented environment.

  • Experience with content management systems and web analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker adept at managing ambiguity and developing innovative solutions.
  • Ability to connect strategic dots into an integrated plan and execute effectively.

  • Educational background with a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary Range: $63,303 - $83,000 annually.
