About the Role

Stoke brings together content strategy and development, creative design, and performance analytics to deliver outstanding digital experiences — and optimize every success.

Key Responsibilities

Position yourself as a strategic partner to our clients.
Understand clients' business goals, target audiences, and problems they aim to solve.
Become an expert on each client's brand, tone, and voice.
Develop campaign concepts and ideas for individual content assets.
Write insightful, well-organized, and tightly focused briefs to guide content creation.
Partner with agency writers, designers, and art directors to develop articles, eBooks, videos, virtual events, promo kits, and other assets.
Analyze performance data for content assets in market and use insights to optimize current and future content marketing programs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
At least 5-7 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.
Exceptional writing and editing skills.
Strong interviewing skills.
Intellectual curiosity, a problem-solving mindset, and a team-oriented work ethic.

Nice to Have

Master's degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field.
B2B marketing and/or tech industry experience.
Experience working in a client service model — either in an agency setting, as part of an in-house creative services team, or as a freelancer.
SEO expertise.
