We are looking for a Content Strategist to develop and lead new content programs. This role will spearhead the ideation, development, and execution of innovative content programs across various formats (video, podcast, written, etc.) to support marketing objectives and target high-value prospect accounts, and support customer marketing growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Innovate and execute cutting-edge content strategies across various channels (video, podcasts, webinars, etc.) to meet customer acquisition and growth objectives.
Own the planning, production, and distribution of video, webinar, and podcast content, including managing external vendors, internal resources, and ensuring high-quality output.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to identify content opportunities and serve as an internal expert on emerging content trends and best practices.
Contribute directly to content creation by writing compelling copy for various platforms and editing and refining content from other contributors to maintain brand voice and quality standards.
Maximize content reach and effectiveness by harnessing expertise in AI-driven tools and advanced SEO strategies to enhance discoverability, user engagement, and conversion pathways.
Monitor content performance using data analytics, identify areas for improvement, and iteratively refine content strategies to achieve key results.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in content marketing.
Direct experience using AI tools for content development and distribution.
Proven experience developing and executing new content programs.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization best practices.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Strong ability to interpret data to measure content performance.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with content development for various formats (video, podcast, written).
Knowledge of AEO/SEO strategies and tools.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in content marketing and program development.
Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and distribution.
Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization.

Competitive salary range of $114,400 - $143,000 based on skills, education, and experience.
