Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of seasonal and evergreen marketing briefs by compiling insights and preparing presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage seasonal product sample orders and sample logistics for photoshoots, activations, and industry relationships.
  • Track project budgets, manage invoices, and coordinate with creative agencies and production vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Support ad hoc brand initiatives, including event activations, product launches, and internal brand education efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand managers, creative teams, merchandising, and external partners to bring marketing strategies to life.
  • Support product storytelling and ensure alignment across global and regional marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience within a global organization and a strong understanding of the outdoor industry.
  • Deep enthusiasm for The North Face brand, our values, and the outdoor community.
  • Strong motivation to work on various projects and assist the brand marketing team with time-sensitive tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate across departments and time zones.
  • Interest in growing brand strategy skills through exposure to campaign planning, consumer insights, and global marketing frameworks.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, track timelines and budgets, and coordinate product samples and content assets using internal systems.
  • Proficiency in Keynote/PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and familiarity with social media platforms, project management software, and other databases.
  • Location: Based in Denver, Colorado.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Formal education and degrees are a plus, but total experience and professional achievements are most important.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
