About the Role

The Coordinator, Digital Marketing at Warner Music Group is a key part of the daily digital operations supporting artist releases and digital campaigns. The role involves working closely with the Digital Marketing Strategists to ensure high-quality execution of digital marketing initiatives, supporting the growth of artist fanbases, and contributing to innovative digital strategies within a dynamic music industry environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Digital Marketing Team on execution and implementation of digital marketing campaigns and strategic audience development strategies.
  • Send assets (Artwork/Video) to the design team for asset creation to support all releases.
  • Participate in weekly brainstorms about artists' digital strategies.
  • Create custom ticket links as needed for releases, ticket sales, streams, etc.
  • QA and upload social assets for artist channels, updating content over the lifecycle of a song or album.
  • Add tour and livestream dates to artist websites and social media.
  • Strategize and create content for and post to all official Warner Records social channels including TikTok, Instagram, X, and Facebook.
  • Assist with quick design tasks like changing text or resizing existing images.
  • Flag potential problems seen on social media, such as negative comments or talk of leaks.
  • Support department VP with admin tasks like scheduling.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments such as Marketing, Production, and A&R Admin to set up for releases across multiple artists.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of and passion for social media platforms, websites, music streaming services, and apps.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to details and deadlines.
  • Experience in social media marketing/management, direct to consumer marketing, and/or content creation.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with creative and business colleagues.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere.
  • Experience creating content for TikTok, Snap, IG Reels, and other platforms.
  • Experience working directly with artists and managers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of four days per week in-office work requirement.
