Coordinator-Field Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing team on marketing events and projects to meet goals, including coordination of materials used at community events, parades, and pop-up events.
• Engage with potential customers to support all activities in the market.
• Manage materials used to collect customer information for lead generation follow-up.
• Coordinate, track, and order promotional items, organize entertainment, and ensure proper setup at events.
• Manage promotional inventory and coordinate the use of company vehicles and mobile demo units.
• Coordinate employee volunteer responsibilities for marketing events.
• Develop and maintain the Field Marketing SharePoint site to support activities and programs.
• Create a calendar of events to communicate all Field Marketing programs, events, sponsorships, and activities.
• Support the Associate Manager- Field Marketing with creative ads or materials to enhance marketing programs.
• Perform administrative duties such as check requests, supply orders, expense reports, and coordinating business meetings.
• Report on the success of local events and compile attendee data.
• Attend marketing meetings as determined by the Manager-Field Marketing.
• Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associates degree (or higher) or 2+ years of professional work experience.
• 1+ years of marketing, community outreach, or event planning experience.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel as needed to support marketing activities.
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of direct marketing concepts and terminology.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with PC software applications such as MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as a team player within all TDS business units.

Qualifications
