About the Role

We are seeking an Event Marketing Coordinator to provide administrative and customer service support to the marketing package sales teams, focusing on setting up, selling, and executing HGV Ultimate Access (HUA) events. The role involves coordinating logistical details, managing guest information, and ensuring excellent customer experiences across multiple brands including Hilton Grand Vacations, Hilton Vacation Club, and Bluegreen Vacations.

Key Responsibilities

Attend to all customer queries, concerns,, and requests promptly and professionally
Identify and resolve potential problems that impact our customers' event experiences
Assist in organizing and coordinating all logistical details for the smooth success of the event attendance
Provide exemplary customer service to all attendees and clients, ensuring their total satisfaction
Liaison between Event Marketing and Package Sales with other teams to optimize our service delivery and exceed event expectations
Be responsible for the intake of all HGVUA information across all three brands across the country
Create and distribute outlines and training materials for the agents
Manage the event calendar and tour goals per event to ensure tour goals and expectations are being met
Manage and input guest information onto the guest manifest
Request and manage inventory and allotment requests with the respective departments
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Excellent skills and proficiency using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva and related applications
