Copywriting Senior Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Generate relevant and on-point copy for every brief, understanding how copy helps clients achieve their objectives.
• Create content that attracts, informs, and engages target audiences while delivering the intended business message.
• Collaborate with designers and program managers, contributing ideas in original, creative, and innovative ways.
• Write and edit a variety of marketing content formats such as websites, social media, internal communications, and business writing.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in copywriting or creative content development.
• Fluency in English and Spanish at a C1 level to work with clients from LATAM, North America, and others.
• Ability to analyze and solve increasingly complex problems.
• Minimal instruction on daily work tasks and moderate instruction on new assignments.
• Decision-making impact on own work and potentially on others.
• Experience as an individual contributor and/or overseeing a small work effort or team.
• Skills to track specific requirements and due dates with minimal supervision.
• Creative and problem-solving skills to fulfill client requests with the best strategy and formats.
• Knowledge of various copywriting formats and ability to adapt to client style requirements.
