About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Tell the story of coaching and its benefits to inspire people to unleash their potential through a variety of creative deliverables, including campaign concepts, digital ads, microsites, videos, motion graphics, print materials, swag, guerilla tactics, social campaigns, engaging presentations, and sales and client collateral.
• Use storytelling skills to help people get the most out of their careers.
• Develop campaigns rooted in behavioral science, experience design, and branding by conducting research and workshops to connect with target audiences.
• Partner cross-functionally to overcome barriers to communication and adoption, focusing on expanding impact in the world of work.
• Collaborate with creative leads and graphic designers to brainstorm and produce engaging content for various communication channels and product touchpoints.
• Conceptualize and produce new ideas and concepts for creative communication campaigns.
• Manage projects with attention to detail, ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with team leads.
• Work with colleagues across the business to ensure consistency in EZRA and client brands.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant internal communications, marketing, and/or content writing experience (agency or consulting experience is a plus).
• A strong portfolio showcasing recent work.
• Exceptional creative writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working with various client brands and building multichannel communication plans using B2C marketing tactics and innovative formats/channels.
• Interest in psychology and behavioral science, especially in influencing and persuading through communication.
• Experience with concepting, creating pitch decks, and understanding creative briefs.
• Ability to collaborate with creative leads and graphic designers to produce engaging content.
• Creative thinking to generate new ideas for communication campaigns.
• Detail-oriented work with good project management skills to ensure timely delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams to maintain brand consistency.
