About the Role

The Creative Social Media Specialist at QuinStreet is responsible for executing engaging social media content, managing brand presence across platforms, and collaborating with marketing, product, and design teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end creative execution for social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
  • Manage and grow the QS Insurance social media presence, including posting, monitoring performance, and reporting insights
  • Rapidly produce high-quality visual and animated content using AI design and animation tools
  • Develop and adapt creative concepts based on user research, brand strategy, and performance data
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and design teams to align messaging and visual identity
  • Write clear, compelling copy that supports campaign goals and resonates with target audiences
  • Launch, monitor, and refine paid and organic social campaigns with an eye for both performance and brand
  • Manage content calendars, stay ahead of trends, and react quickly to timely opportunities
  • Take feedback with grace, iterate fast, and deliver under tight deadlines

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced creative or content production role
  • Exceptional eye for design, composition, and storytelling — both visual and motion
  • Proficiency with AI-based animation/design tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Canva, Midjourney, D-ID, or similar)
  • Skilled in industry-standard design software, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Strong copywriting and campaign development skills
  • Ability to digest research, translate audience insights into content strategy, and tell a cohesive brand story
  • Solid understanding of social platform best practices, formats, and trends
  • Experience managing brand social accounts, posting schedules, and analytics tools
  • Visual and UX/UI design training or hands-on experience
  • Clear communicator with the ability to take feedback and direction well
  • Portfolio that showcases high-quality visual or animated social content
