We are seeking a data-driven and technically skilled CRM Analyst to support and enhance our customer engagement strategies. Reporting directly to our CRM Lead, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our email and direct messaging programs with a strong focus on personalization, automation, and performance metrics. This role is integral in driving customer retention, engagement, and conversion across our e-commerce channels. You will work closely with our CRM Lead and cross-department partners to align our campaigns with CRM strategy, brand voice, and product launches. You will be part of a young, creative, and international organization passionate about making affordable wall art available to everyone.
