CRM Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coding and production of all member touchpoints: Partner with Creative, Product, and Marketing team counterparts to bring to life new designs that will reach our members through latest CRM best practices.
• End-to-end lifecycle journey management: Execute and refine lifecycle marketing journeys and one-off campaigns across all channels (email, push, SMS, in-app, site) to drive engagement.
• Continual optimization: Lean into data, making iterative tweaks to ensure journeys and ongoing touchpoints reach the right members, at the right time, in the right channel.
• Best practice ownership: Understand technical best practices across CRM, push, and in-app/on-site messaging, and communicate standards to team members and across the organization.
• Innovation: Bring new ideas and recommendations to stakeholders to improve program effectiveness.
• Testing and experimentation: Own and optimize lifecycle behavioral journeys and ad-hoc touchpoints through iterative experimentation, sharing wins and learnings.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of lifecycle, CRM, or marketing automation experience and end-to-end campaign management from conception to execution.
• Knowledge of email deployment and coding best practices; HTML email development experience preferred.
• Knowledge of API integration with CRM platforms and web properties.
• Rigorous attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly and independently under deadline pressure and follow through on assignments.
• Experience working within Iterable, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar marketing automation software such as Braze.
• BA/BS degree required.

• Experience with HTML email development.
• Experience with API integration with CRM platforms and web properties.
