CRO Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead experimentation and optimization initiatives that enhance our digital storefront and lead capture experience.
• Drive measurable increases in conversion rates.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, design, analytics, and engineering.
• Identify opportunities, test solutions, and implement enhancements to maximize revenue and reduce funnel leakage across e-commerce and lead-based transactions.
• Identify and define high-impact opportunities for A/B and multivariate testing through qualitative research and quantitative analysis.
• Develop and manage a CRO roadmap, aligning with product management priorities and long-term vision.
• Own and prioritize the CRO backlog, ensuring enhancements, integrations, and new features are sequenced for impact.
• Partner with design and research teams to ideate, test, and refine features that improve the learner journey.
• Leverage user feedback and behavioral data to recommend and execute design iterations that increase engagement and conversions.
• Partner with analytics teams to gather insights, define success metrics, and measure the impact of CRO initiatives.
• Communicate results and recommendations through clear, data-driven storytelling.
• Align CRO efforts with business and revenue goals, coordinating with marketing, product, and technical teams.
• Ensure experiments are launched and completed on schedule with proper tracking and measurement.
• Lead the full lifecycle of CRO experiments from hypothesis creation to results analysis.
• Maintain a continuous pipeline of testing opportunities and incorporate learnings into future iterations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in conversion optimization, product experimentation, or ecommerce product management.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, Adobe Target).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting test results and user behavior (e.g., via GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar).
• Familiarity with Agile processes and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Clear, concise communication and presentation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tests at once.
