About the Role

The Cross Mid-Market Senior Manager at Hispanic Technology Executive Council is responsible for building and broadening relationships with Mid-Market clients to expand perception, relevance, brand love, and create 360 value. The role involves executing comprehensive marketing strategies and communication plans targeting the mid-market segment, leveraging leading technologies, data, and insights to drive client relationships, reputation, and revenue. Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the market lead to design, execute, and lead integrated marketing and communications strategies for Accenture's Mid-Market clients.
  • Build marketing plans to find new clients, expand relationships, drive revenue, and enhance reputation.
  • Curate content, experiences, and account-originated campaigns.
  • Research key buyers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify new segments.
  • Utilize Accenture's SynOps and other marketing technologies to prioritize work and improve outcomes.
  • Measure marketing efforts against agreed-upon metrics and use data and analytics for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in professional services or other B2B industries.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate at senior levels within a large, matrixed organization.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience with demand generation, lead generation, and sales through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Full-funnel marketing experience across channels such as events, social media, email, and direct mail.
  • Technical skills including familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, and Eloqua or similar email platforms.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Brilliant project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Creativity, innovation, enthusiasm, and a passion for marketing.

Nice to Have

  • Design skills are desirable but not essential.
