The Customer Account Representative role involves providing high-quality customer service, assisting with deliveries and pickups, and maintaining an organized and inviting store environment. Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through 'white glove' service in stores and customers' homes, and obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
Assist with deliveries and pickups by safely loading/unloading and installing products, following handling and transportation procedures, and maintaining vehicles.
Maintain an inviting store environment by organizing products, refurbishing merchandise, and keeping the showroom clean and dust-free.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid state driver's license and good driving record
Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
Great communication and customer service skills
