About the Role

The Manager, Customer Analytics at Fanatics Commerce is an analytics leader focused on analyzing data related to Customer Engagement and Loyalty to optimize the customer lifecycle. This role involves deep data analysis, communicating insights to senior management, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business growth within a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values innovation and fan obsession.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deep-dive analysis across various datasets (using SQL or R) to answer business questions and identify new opportunities
  • Dig 2 to 3 layers deep to uncover insights that aren't surface level
  • Effectively communicate analysis findings to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Partner with Product, Data Science, CRM, and Ops teams to turn insights into actionable outcomes and measure impact
  • Lead the development of data visualization and dashboards to monitor performance, generate insights, and improve profitability and user experience

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in data and analytics with demonstrated career growth and influence on business
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce and CRM
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive in taking initiative and driving projects to completion
  • Hands-on experience working with large and complex data
  • Proficiency with SQL
  • Knowledge of sports is helpful but not required
