As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive Google Marketing Platform technology adoption and long-term product usage, focusing on project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication. You will act as a strategic partner to help clients achieve their business goals through innovative solutions and build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their needs and translating them into impactful outcomes. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, shaping the future of advertising in the AI-era, and making a significant impact on millions of companies and users trusting Google.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate internal resources across many functional areas to meet customer needs.
  • Create learning agendas for client onboarding and ongoing enablement.
  • Lead scaled trainings, product sessions, and account-specific activation sessions in partnership to drive business growth or platform/feature adoption and error mitigation.
  • Drive feature adoption to ensure Third-Party Cookie Deprecation (3PCD) readiness and platform stickiness, and answer inbound questions from agencies regarding platform usage and features.
  • Resolve technical roadblocks related to platform features and usage.
  • Build and maintain a strong knowledge of Google Marketing Platform product capabilities, especially DV360 and CM360, and understand how they integrate with each other and with Google Cloud.
  • Maintain relationships with agency clients, understand their challenges and needs to better enable their success with our tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience in digital advertising sales, product marketing, or product/project management.
  • Ability to build customer relationships and present solutions.
  • Experience working with or for agencies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate resources effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technology for data collection, measurement, and media activation.

Nice to Have

  • 4 years of experience in marketing with Ads, Analytics, and third-party measurement and App platforms.
  • Experience in video, display, app, and social advertising solutions.

Qualifications

  • Formal educational background includes a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Benefits & Perks

  • US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
  • Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay influenced by work location, skills, experience, and education.
  • Additional benefits include bonus, equity, and other perks as detailed by Google.
