About the Role

The Consumer Experience (CX) Manager Digital Face-to-Face Business Design at Philip Morris International (PMI) acts as product owner for one or more products or services, supporting communication with stakeholders including customers, business managers, delivery teams, and external partners. The role involves owning the entire product lifecycle, defining and measuring business objectives, managing development, release, and support, and supporting PMI's purpose to deliver a smoke-free future. The position is based at PMI's HQ in Stamford, CT, and offers opportunities to innovate and grow within a global, diverse environment committed to societal impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and IT, identifying digital opportunities and translating them into clear, actionable briefs for development
  • Own the web product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing features that deliver exceptional user experiences within a regulated industry
  • Leverage data-driven analytics, A/B testing, and behavioral insights to inform product decisions and continuously optimize performance
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure inclusive, accessible, and user-centered design across all web platforms
  • Define and track KPIs to measure business impact, user engagement, and product success
  • Ensure all digital solutions meet compliance, privacy, and security standards from concept through delivery
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across marketing, legal, compliance, and IT to align on goals and execution
  • Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement in a hybrid, fast-paced environment
  • Own and prioritize the Product Team backlog, regularly refining and updating it to focus on the most valuable items
  • Translate product strategy into epics and user stories for engineering teams, linking all to relevant strategic initiatives in Jira & BigPicture
  • Design B2B and B2C digital solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a dynamic product management role
  • Experience with retail related product management
  • High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
  • Ability to manage cross functional teams in a complex matrix organization
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future without sponsorship

Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital product lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of regulated industries and compliance standards
  • Experience with tools such as Jira and BigPicture

Qualifications

  • Educational background including a Bachelor's Degree
