Key Responsibilities

Answering phones regarding credit application and pending cases
Create and maintain 3PL materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by tracking phone call reasons and reporting to management

Requirements

2+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
Experience with data management and analytics tools such as CRM, SAP and Microsoft products
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player

Qualifications

Relevant experience of at least 2 years
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
