About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain data health and integrity.
• Ensure data products adhere to standards for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain, cleanse, and update records within Client Relationship Management systems.
• Research information across various data sources and collaborate with internal teams to create data structures that reflect client asset pools.
• Identify and implement process improvements from ideation to execution.
• Work with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and deliver data products.
• Test new CRM features, ensuring tools function accurately and identify defects for resolution.
• Work effectively with various collaborators to ensure efficient and timely data governance and maintenance in an agile environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
• Experience with data management and reporting tools, such as POWER BI, is advantageous.
• Proficiency in business applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is essential, with MS Dynamics experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with excellent time management.
• Self-motivated with a strong focus on service and ability to liaise with various groups across the company.
• Excellent online research skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with POWER BI.
• Experience with MS Dynamics.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent experience required.
• Major in Business, Finance, or MIS preferred.
