Key Responsibilities

  • Develops comprehensive, complex reports and dashboards based on requirements provided by internal or external users.
  • Ensures data accuracy; develops and produces reports utilized in measuring data accuracy.
  • Schedule and update delivery of custom reports for internal and external clients.
  • Meet with clients on such issues as necessary, including requirements gathering, validating data, etc.
  • Creates and manages implementation ramp reports to help Bill ReviewIQ Customer Success team to manage new customers programs.
  • Serves as a resource for colleagues on data analysis.
  • Provides technical oversight and guidance to Bill ReviewIQ Customer Success team.
  • Provides training and data analysis education for colleagues.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the organization's quality program(s).
  • Travels as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Two (2) years of query and report writing experience strongly preferred, including SQL, Oracle (OBIEE and OAS).
  • Strong knowledge of query and report writing.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Analytical and interpretive skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
  • Strong time management skills, including ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of insurance industry, especially litigated claims.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).
  • Five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two (2) years of query and report writing experience, including SQL and Oracle.
