The role involves executing digital demand generation strategies to build a strong online brand presence, increase website visits, online sales, and leads, through multi-channel campaigns and collaboration with global and regional teams, leveraging Adobe tools and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively collaborate with global content teams to create engaging content that speaks to the target audience and nurture leads through the funnel, populating digital channels such as web, email, and online ads.
  • Organize and execute targeted and personalized campaigns across channels, including web, email, social, paid digital advertising, and SEM.
  • Optimize campaign processes from strategy to delivery through continuous improvement.
  • Align campaign hierarchy/taxonomy from concept to report outcomes tied to organizational goals.
  • Build and manage a funnel and campaign calendar to track campaigns across different businesses, customer segments, and personas.
  • Create personalized web components using Adobe Target and manage A/B tests for optimization.
  • Build contact segments and audiences using Adobe Target and CDP.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing managers, graphic designers, copywriters, sales, and IT to design, execute, and iterate on campaigns.
  • Own marketing campaign dashboards, KPIs, ROAS, and metrics, providing insights for campaign improvements.
  • Create reports and dashboards in Adobe Analytics.
  • Establish a lead capture funnel to track campaign and digital channel performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and improve website traffic, online orders, and lead generation.
  • Act as administrator and SME of digital channels and tools (e.g., marketing automation, LinkedIn advertising, web analytics, SEMrush, tagging process).
  • Implement strategies to improve organic visibility and manage paid search (PPC) campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new marketing technologies, and emerging strategies to continuously improve demand generation tactics.
  • Experiment with new tools, strategies, and digital channels to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of lead generation experience in a B2B and B2C marketing department, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience using marketing automation tools, SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising.
  • Minimum of 2 years working with Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), CDP, and AEM.
  • Experience implementing on-site personalization based on user profiles.
  • Experience implementing A/B testing using Adobe Target.
  • Experience building marketing dashboards with data visualization tools using Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience executing marketing automation with Adobe Journey Optimizer and CDP.
  • Experience building lead generation processes from lead capture to qualification and opportunity management.
  • Familiarity with UX best practices, landing page creation, responsive design, and mobile-first layouts.
  • Familiarity with usability testing practices and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work across teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with building and managing digital campaigns in a global enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge of web analytics and digital marketing tools beyond Adobe suite.
  • Experience with lead management and CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of lead generation experience in B2B and B2C marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising.
  • Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, CDP, and AEM.
