Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and measure multi-channel programs to drive brand awareness, inbound pipeline generation, and accelerated revenue, including demand creation and demand capture.
  • Develop creative initiatives such as dark social content and thought leadership programs that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
  • Analyze data from sources like Hubspot, GA4, and CommonRoom to report on results and make spend recommendations.
  • Optimize initiatives for ROI and qualified pipeline-to-marketing spend ratios to ensure meaningful contribution to pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to align on key messaging, reporting practices, customer journey initiatives, and customer insights.
  • Establish foundational demand generation processes to scale the engine globally.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation in a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including affiliate/partnerships, dark social, thought leadership, paid social, SEO, events, ABM, and email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, Reddit, X, and others.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate across teams.
  • Strong project management skills to drive multiple projects end-to-end.
  • Extremely data-driven with a commitment to experimenting for measurable results.

Qualifications

  • Four or more years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly in demand generation.
