Key Responsibilities

  • Build, own, and lead Lilt's demand generation program, including planning, execution, reporting, and optimization of marketing efforts.
  • Own the end-to-end process of lead acquisition, nurturing, and maturation via paid ads, email marketing, webinars, and other channels.
  • Develop and implement global marketing programs such as email campaigns, webinars, nurture campaigns, web copy, content syndication, and landing pages.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns to drive MQLs and sales pipeline, monitoring conversion rates and optimizing at each stage.
  • Manage and optimize paid search, social, retargeting, and display campaigns.
  • Partner with sales to ensure quality lead delivery and follow-up, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Build and manage the demand generation team, including setting strategy, systems, workflows, and channels.
  • Plan and support pipeline goals through marketing programs.
  • Experiment with new channels to evaluate growth opportunities.
  • Manage agency and contractor relationships and budgets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of overall experience.
  • 3+ years of high growth B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience.
  • Experience designing and managing digital marketing programs within a fast-paced B2B software company.
  • Expertise in analyzing data and optimizing marketing results.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads; experience with Facebook Ads and other paid channels is a plus.
  • Experience with demand generation tools, CRMs, and marketing automation software.
  • Strong initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
  • BA or BS degree; MBA is a plus.
