This role involves developing and optimizing user/customer lifecycle programs to drive engagement, build pipeline, and accelerate business growth, working cross-functionally with product, content, sales, and other marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Director of Demand Gen and Director of Integrated Campaigns to identify aligned priorities and programs to support pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the marketing operations team to build new nurture programs and optimize digital channel performance, including strategic audience segmentation and retargeting.
  • Deepen understanding of customer behavior, identify patterns in their interactions across nurture touchpoints.
  • Manage KPIs, own campaign performance, and use data and insights to build and refine personalized experiences.
  • Leverage internal AI tools to scale content and automate workflows.
  • Partner with the content team to identify messaging and strategic opportunities to generate impact with persona-based messaging.
  • Propose proactive growth opportunities to generate new business for New Relic.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing experience in demand generation or growth functions, ideally in B2B and/or tech companies.
  • Subject matter expertise in multiple areas of marketing, such as paid media, email, organic social, web, and SEO.
  • Proven success in growth marketing, acquiring, retaining, and engaging leads/customers.
  • Innovative growth-hacking mindset, including new applications of AI to drive down-funnel conversions.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Proficiency in MarTech tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, etc.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with growth programs for SaaS tech companies, agencies, or in-house teams.
  • Understanding of Engineer and DevOps personas as well as Enterprise and Commercial buyer personas.
  • Marketo and/or Salesforce Certification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 4+ years of relevant marketing experience.
