DEMAND MANAGER

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Understand Customer's replenishment systems and use POS data along with local Sales & Marketing information to develop a 12-month rolling sales plan by item.
• Control and maintain the forecast in the system.
• Collaborate with the Sales Organization to ensure validity and relevancy of the created sales plan.
• Work with Customers, Sales, and Marketing to understand and follow promotion, cannibalization of in-line items, and incremental sales growth.
• Proactively communicate and validate IN/OUT status with Sales & Marketing Departments.
• Follow-up on the roadmap for the Top 10 customers.
• Maximize forecast accuracy and minimize bias at the item/customer level.
• Understand and follow the weekly forecast process TRUST, including sales forecast adjustments and sanity checks.
• Participate in the monthly pre-forecast meetings.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in business or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• High sensitivity to products and sales comprehension.
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
• Organized, accurate, responsible, and self-motivated.
• Optional skills include APICS education, familiarity with SAP APO, and proficiency in the Microsoft suite.

Qualifications
