About the Role

The iLottery Product Specialist is responsible for the strategy, development, and performance of digital lottery products delivered through the iLottery platform. This role leads the planning and execution of interactive games, features, and player-facing functionality to ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and user experience best practices. The Product Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams—including Operations, compliance, vendors, and analytics—to drive innovation, increase digital engagement, and grow online revenue. Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, development, and performance of digital lottery products on the iLottery platform.
Plan and execute interactive games, features, and player-facing functionalities.
Ensure digital products align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and user experience best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, compliance, vendors, and analytics to drive innovation and increase digital engagement.
Contribute to growing online revenue through product performance and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Possession of a bachelor's degree in any area.
Four years of professional experience equivalent to a Promotional Agent, including two years equivalent to a Promotional Agent P11 or one year equivalent to a Promotional Agent 12.
Experience working in roles related to promotional or similar positions.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive product strategy.

Qualifications

Experience in digital or interactive gaming platforms is implied but not explicitly stated.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to lottery or gaming products is implied.
