DIGITAL ADVERTISING SPECIALIST

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content for company digital interfaces maintaining effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging.
• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (display ads, SEO/SEM, paid social), including content creation, strategy, and analytics.
• Perform and advise on website updates and oversee digital asset management.
• Manage SEO for the company website using approved platforms and best practices, including on-page and off-page techniques.
• Analyze current keywords to identify content gaps to improve campaigns.
• Work with Digital and Brand teams at property and corporate levels to improve the quality of existing pages.
• Improve campaign performance through A/B testing, proper tagging, audience segmentation, personalization, and optimization.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing campaign performance metrics, including ROAS and KPIs.
• Collaborate with contracted marketing agencies to generate content and execute campaigns.
• Maintain current business information and content on third-party listings and review sites.
• Support social media initiatives and coverage as needed.
• Research and recommend emerging tools and technologies for digital marketing, including latest trends with SEO, Google algorithms changes, and social media policies.
• Support maintenance and updating of on-property digital signage as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in professional Internet Marketing.
• Ability to handle extensive workload, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL, AJAX, XML, web design, HD video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects), graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Content Management Systems, analytics platforms (Adobe, Google, Meta), Microsoft Office programs, and Windows/OSX.
• Experience with digital signage platforms such as Poppulo, Fourwinds, iViews, Sonifi, etc.
• Ability to perform duties in a professional office setting and on the Casino Floor, with physical ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and perform visual tasks requiring close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field preferred.
