About the Role

The Digital Analyst role is with a busy ad agency seeking a mid-junior level digital analytics professional. The position involves supporting reporting, dashboard management, data connection tasks, and digital platform management, primarily in a remote, contract capacity. Pharma experience is preferred, and the role requires flexibility to support a dynamic digital team during busy launch periods.

Key Responsibilities

Support all reporting dashboard and analytics activities.
Perform dashboard changes and regular maintenance.
Manage tagging work, including Google Tag Manager tags.
Conduct file transformation and data connection tasks.
Respond to ad hoc analytics or metrics requests from clients via internal stakeholders.
Create reporting insights for website, email, video, podcast, and other channels (excluding Paid Media and Paid Social).
Create reporting insights for websites.
Manage UTMs, QR codes, vanity link requests across accounts, and maintain digital tracker.
Support management of video and podcast platforms.
Review tactics routes for digital best practices input.
Oversee video and podcast platform management.
