About the Role

The Digital Analyst, Media Operations at Marriott International is responsible for managing Rooms and Outlet Media for Marriott Digital Services (MDS). This role involves working closely with internal teams and media partners to execute campaigns, analyze performance, optimize media strategies, and support testing and development of new media services. The position supports the delivery of digital solutions for Marriott's global hotel brands, functioning as an in-house agency within the Digital Services organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Review briefs and campaign requests to ensure complete and clear intake of strategy and creative requests.
  • Explore and discover new media channels and opportunities.
  • Lead development and prioritization of Marriott Digital Services outlet & rooms media solutions.
  • Update and align paid media strategies with industry best practices to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Create timelines, instructions, and documentation for future projects.
  • Develop workflows, training guidelines, and documentation to improve paid media tactics.
  • Execute daily paid media strategies including campaign builds, ad creation, launch, and optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with paid media guidelines and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to ensure campaign success.
  • Leverage tools such as DV360, SA360, Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager, Sprinklr, Facebook/Instagram, and Salesforce.
  • Analyze campaign performance, provide strategic and tactical recommendations, and identify effective channels.
  • Review and analyze campaign results, recommend improvements, and measure success using KPIs.
  • Participate in meetings, maintain positive relations with internal teams and vendors, and manage time effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or related experience in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent.
  • Related work experience in digital marketing, paid media, client services, or communications preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with digital media platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, SA360, Facebook/Instagram, and Google Campaign Manager.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Sprinklr.
  • Ability to create and manage paid media campaigns and optimize performance.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in hospitality or with Marriott Digital Services is a plus.
  • Knowledge of emerging media channels and industry best practices.
  • Experience with campaign testing and development of new media services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from an accredited university or related experience.
