Key Responsibilities

Identify areas of improvement for current processes, under the direction of the OIE's Deputy Director.
Directly engage with different stakeholders in developing a content strategy for I&A.
Create and publish content on ITA's website and analyze and report performance.
Provide I&A's web content through Power BI dashboard presentations and reports.
Collecting and analyzing data from websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
Using analytics tools to track online trends, user behavior, and user engagement.

Requirements

BS/BA degree in a related field (or equivalent).
Approximately 4+ years of related experience.
Advanced working knowledge of web analytics, website publishing, SQL, Power BI dashboards and data tools, and fluency in using SharePoint.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe.
Strong organization, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
Good communication skills.
