In Person Advertising/Data Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Works with/oversees Graphic Designer; proofing and giving input on designs of flyers and other advertising material.
• Analyze and interpret data to improve advertising strategies to drive sales and brand awareness through websites, webstores and printed advertising material.
• Prepares reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
• Create and promote online promotions to increase sales.
• Create and update all department related spreadsheets.
• Research competitors and trends to stay current with similar products and services within the industry.
• Update new customer email addresses to SendGrid database.
• Order and track all advertising supplies.
• Troubleshoot web order issues that arise.
• Fulfill e-commerce, flyer and table sale orders.
• Order specialty items via third party vendors.

Requirements

• Experience in communication, data collection, advertising and sales.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Google Workspace and SendGrid or a similar email advertising tool.
• Proven ability to collaborate with others, initiate action and adapt to change.
• Ability to work independently.
• Exceptionally organized.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
