Digital Analytics Consultant / Adobe Analytics (Local to Dallas. TX/Basking Ridge, NJ/Irvine, CA)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in optimizing digital and non-digital channels for Mobile and Home customers.
• Deliver comprehensive reports and insights that drive Site Optimization and Real-Time Marketing strategies.
• Create in-depth reports for A/B and Multivariate (MVT) tests, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations for business and product owners.
• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across processes, developing and maintaining frameworks and tools.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of experience experiments to ensure continuous improvement.
• Present complex findings to diverse audiences with clarity and confidence.
• Provide technical guidance and collaborate with development, tagging teams, RTM Pods, and Test leads.
• Continuously seek and define new process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and impact.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
• At least four years of hands-on experience in a relevant role.
• Deep command of Digital Analytics and campaign measurement methodologies.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
• Strong SQL query and scripting abilities.
• Experience with session replay tools like Quantum Metrics or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.

Nice to Have

• A Master’s or PhD in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that make complex data understandable.
• Knowledge of relational databases like Teradata and EDW data warehouses.
• Experience building impactful dashboards with visualization tools such as Tableau or QLIK.
• Development experience for tools and utilities for monitoring and alert set, etc.
• Familiarity with project management and bug tracking tools, i.e., JIRA or similar.
