Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global digital marketing efforts for a diverse portfolio of brands.
  • Execute digital marketing functions including web management, promotional campaigns, social media engagement, paid media strategies, and search optimization.
  • Develop strategies for data analysis and reporting to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Select, configure, and implement advanced analytics solutions to enhance marketing insights.
  • Analyze performance data from channels such as website, e-commerce, CRM, and social listening to understand customer behavior and sales trends.
  • Create dashboards and presentations to convey actionable insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build and maintain detailed reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel focusing on KPIs across various data sources.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all marketing platforms and tools.
  • Use web analytics tools effectively to analyze large datasets across platforms.
  • Collaborate with global teams to monitor campaign KPIs and data sources.
  • Work with teams on tagging and pixel implementation using Google Tag Manager for accurate tracking.
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize marketing strategies and personalize user experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and increase sales.
  • Manage development of dashboards and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Educate senior leadership on digital and multichannel customer trends.
  • Conduct data audits to ensure data hygiene and troubleshoot data feeds and integrations.

Requirements

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics 4.
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is preferred.

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (preferred)
